We do not accept any returns on rug orders as they are all bespoke. They have been custom made according to certain specifications hence a return is not possible.
In case of any anomalies in payments we can only make refunds to the original payment methods used by you while placing the order, this is for security reasons.
It may take up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed and the money to show in your account.
